A control-first page for marketplace teams handling PlayStation digital-code inventory at category level.
Wholesale PSN digital codes for marketplaces need stronger records than a single-store reseller flow because multiple systems or teams may touch inventory, listings, fulfillment, and disputes.
| Decision | Rule |
|---|---|
| Catalog taxonomy | Use controlled attributes instead of free-text region and denomination labels. |
| Seller permissions | Define who can list, edit, fulfill, or escalate digital-code inventory. |
| Delivery record | Store delivery timestamp, recipient, batch reference, and supplier thread. |
| Dispute path | Define what evidence must exist before a claim becomes a supplier review item. |
Use one traceable reference across procurement, listing, delivery, and support. Keep raw codes in the protected inventory system; the chain below records the context needed to review a claim.
| Chain step | Link to retain | Claim checkpoint |
|---|---|---|
| Order approval | Approved quote or invoice ID, SKU, account region, currency, denomination or duration, and quantity | Claim is held when the delivered line cannot be matched to the approved order. |
| Supplier delivery | Batch reference, delivery timestamp, recipient or masked buyer reference, and payment confirmation | Check custody and region context before inventory is released for listing. |
| Marketplace listing | Stable SKU key, product type, region label, currency, value or duration, and listing version | Compare the customer-facing label with the approved catalog attributes. |
| Customer order | Marketplace order ID, SKU key, delivery event, and internal allocation reference | Do not expose raw code material while collecting the order context. |
| Claim review | Case ID, reported error, region check, requested evidence, decision owner, and correction trail | Close only when the outcome and remaining inventory state are recorded. |
Region: the end-user account region must match the code region communicated at sale.
Payment: follow the active invoice’s asset, network, recipient, exact amount and payment window. Keep the TXID linked to that invoice and the approved quote.
Delivery: batch ID, timestamp, internal owner, and support evidence should be findable later.
Marketplaces need stronger taxonomy, access controls, batch tracking, and dispute evidence because multiple internal roles or sellers can touch inventory.
A marketplace may carry both, but keep wallet denomination and subscription duration in separate product fields. PSN Wholesale supplies wallet-credit codes only, not direct PS Plus subscription codes.
Keep quote, batch ID, payment TXID, delivery timestamp, SKU attributes, internal owner, and claim notes tied to marketplace order IDs.
PSN Wholesale is operated by PSN NETWORK LTD, company number 16191822. PlayStation, PSN, and PS Plus are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. PSN Wholesale is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.
Orders start at $500 USD at quoted product prices after the configured discount. Choose 15–1,000 cards in total, meeting every selected SKU minimum. Eligible regions and denominations can share one basket. Request access to confirm exact wallet-code SKUs, prices, availability and invoice terms.

A marketplace listing needs enough structure for search, checkout, fulfillment, and support to describe the same code. The title alone is not enough when gift cards, subscriptions, countries, and currencies share a catalog.
Keep product type, PlayStation region, currency, denomination or duration, and fulfillment format in separate fields.
Connect the supplier order and delivery batch to the marketplace SKU without publishing the supplier codes in the catalog system.
Retain the listing version, order timestamp, delivery event, region label, and customer message used for the sale.
Continue the check: Use the SKU taxonomy, Standardize region labels, Review product categories.
