Procurement answer

The practical buyer path

Verify PSN NETWORK LTD, request secure quote-builder access, confirm region and denomination fit, place a 15-card test order, keep payment and delivery records, then scale only after support, sell-through, and inventory controls are stable.

Operating checklist

Questions procurement should answer before payment

A clean wholesale order has region clarity, a confirmed quote, payment evidence, delivery controls, and a support path for claims.

Supplier identity

Confirm PSN NETWORK LTD, company number 16191822, and review legal, privacy, and B2B terms.

Region fit

Match every code region to the end user's PlayStation account region before listing inventory.

Payment control

Use only the confirmed USDT network and keep the TXID, amount, quote, and order reference together.

Dispute readiness

Store delivery and batch records so support can review reported redemption issues without guesswork.

Buyer Decision Matrix

Use PSN Wholesale

when you need B2B PlayStation digital code inventory, can manage region-specific listings, and want private wholesale pricing.

Start small

use the 15-card minimum to test communication, quote accuracy, payment matching, delivery, and support workflow.

Pause scaling

if your team cannot track payment TXIDs, delivery timestamps, batch records, and customer claim evidence.

Risk and claims

What causes most B2B order friction

Region mismatch: a valid code can still fail for the buyer if their PlayStation account region is different.

Incomplete payment proof: missing network, amount, TXID, or order reference slows payment matching.

Weak dispute evidence: support needs order details, delivery records, and customer claim context to review an issue.

Orders & Getting Started

What is PSN Wholesale?

PSN Wholesale is a B2B wholesale supplier of PlayStation digital codes, operated by PSN NETWORK LTD (UK Company No. 16191822). We supply PlayStation Store gift cards and PS Plus subscription codes in bulk to professional resellers, e-commerce platforms, and corporate buyers across 13+ regions worldwide.

Who is this service for?

Our service is designed for professional resellers, e-commerce platform operators, digital marketplace owners, distributors, and procurement teams who need bulk PlayStation digital codes. PSN Wholesale is a B2B service with a 15-card minimum order and is not positioned as a retail store for individual consumer top-ups.

What is the recommended buyer path?

Start by verifying PSN NETWORK LTD and reading the B2B terms. Then request secure quote-builder access, confirm the regions and denominations you need, place a 15-card test order, store payment and delivery records, and scale only after the first order cycle is clean. The Resources hub and Complete Wholesale Guide explain this workflow in more detail.

Is the PSN quote builder access public?

No. The quote builder is private because wholesale pricing depends on region, denomination, product type, order volume, and current availability. Use the Start Secure Order form and include your target regions, monthly volume, and product type so the quote matches your buying intent.

How do I access the quote builder?

Use the Start Secure Order form available on any page of our website. Include your name, email, target regions, and expected monthly volume. Specify which region(s), product type, and estimated volumes you need so we can provide the most relevant pricing. The access email opens the quote-builder workflow when the new flow is enabled.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity is 15 cards per order. This MOQ lets new resellers test pricing, region fit, payment matching, one-time delivery note, and support workflow before committing to larger inventory. Established buyers can use the same minimum for controlled region or denomination tests.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. The quote builder applies published volume bonus tiers to the current cart and shows the resulting unit prices before invoice creation. Any personal discount assigned to the signed-in email appears separately; stock and denomination availability remain SKU-specific.

How long does it take to get a quote builder after requesting?

We aim to respond to all quote access requests within a few hours during business hours. For requests received outside business hours, response time may extend to the next business day. Including specific regions and volumes in your request helps us respond faster.

Products & Regions

What products do you sell?

We supply two main product categories: PlayStation Store gift cards (digital wallet top-up codes in various denominations) and PS Plus subscription codes (Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers). Both product types are available across 13+ PlayStation Store regions.

Which regions do you support?

We currently support 13+ PlayStation Store regions: United States (US), European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Turkey (TR), India (IN), Saudi Arabia (SA), UAE, Japan (JP), Brazil (BR), Mexico (MX), Canada (CA), Ukraine (UA), and Poland (PL). Visit our Regions page for details on each territory, or review high-intent regional pages such as US wholesale PSN cards, Turkey wholesale PSN cards, and EU wholesale PSN cards.

What denominations are available?

Denominations vary by region and are tied to local currencies. For example, US cards are available in $10, $20, $25, $50, $75, and $100 denominations. use the quote builder to see current denomination availability for your selected region.

Do you have separate pricing by region?

Yes. Pricing varies by region, denomination, product type, and order volume. Each region has its own pricing structure reflecting market conditions and currency values. open the quote builder and select your target regions to see current wholesale pricing.

Can I order multiple regions in a single order?

Yes. You can combine codes from multiple regions in a single order. Specify all desired regions and quantities when building your quote, and we will provide consolidated pricing.

What is the main region risk for resellers?

PlayStation Store codes are region-specific. A code can be valid and unredeemed but still unsuitable for a customer whose PlayStation account is registered in another region. Resellers should label region compatibility clearly before selling codes downstream, keep customer-facing redemption instructions, and use the region hub when planning inventory.

Can a valid PSN code fail because of region mismatch?

Yes. A code can be valid, unused, and correctly delivered, but still fail for an end user if their PlayStation account region does not match the code region. That is why region labels, pre-sale warnings, and support scripts matter for resellers.

Do you sell PS Plus subscription codes?

Yes. We supply PS Plus subscription codes across all three tiers: Essential (online multiplayer and monthly games), Extra (Game Catalog access), and Premium (classic games, game trials, cloud streaming). Available for multiple regions and durations.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept USDT only in self-service checkout. Supported networks are TRC20 and BEP20. Each invoice has a wallet address, network, order reference, and exact amount; different, partial, or late payments require manual review. For details, see the USDT Payment Guide.

Why USDT only?

USDT gives international B2B buyers a stable settlement unit, fast transfer confirmation, and cleaner payment matching than card payments or chargeback-prone methods. The self-service checkout is limited to USDT on TRC20 and BEP20.

Which USDT network is recommended?

We support USDT on TRC20 (Tron) and BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) only in self-service checkout. TRC20 often has low transaction fees, but buyers should use only the wallet address, network, and amount confirmed for the specific order.

What payment proof should I keep?

Keep the quote, payment network, wallet instructions, amount, transaction hash or TXID, timestamp, and order reference. These records help match payment to the correct order and are important for accounting and support review.

Are USDT payments reversible?

Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible. Confirm the quote, asset, network, wallet address, exact amount, and order reference before sending funds. If anything is unclear, pause and ask support to reconfirm the payment instructions.

Do you accept payment assets outside USDT?

Self-service checkout accepts only USDT TRC20 and USDT BEP20. If you need a different arrangement, contact [email protected] before creating an invoice.

Delivery & Security

How fast is delivery after payment?

We aim for same-day delivery after payment confirmation, and codes are typically delivered within hours. Timing can depend on payment matching, order size, region mix, and support workload, so buyers should keep the delivery timestamp and order reference with the batch records.

How are codes delivered securely?

Paid orders are delivered through a one-time delivery note sent to the order email. The note can be opened only once, so buyers should save the codes immediately and restrict raw code access internally.

What is API Verification?

API verification is a supplier-side term for checking inventory or code evidence where a data source is available. The signed order must state the actual scope; it is not a promise that every code has an external activation lookup.

Does API Verification guarantee that no code issue can happen?

No. Verification evidence can support a batch or claim review, but it does not remove region mismatch, listing, storage, account, or post-delivery risk. Keep the quote, payment, delivery, batch, and customer error records.

What if there is a delivery or decryption issue?

Contact support with the order reference, delivery channel, timestamp, recipient details, and the specific error or missing item. Do not forward raw code files broadly while the issue is being reviewed.

Disputes & Support

What happens if a code has a problem?

If you or your customer encounters an issue with a code, contact support with your order details and evidence. We can review available activation data and order records to understand what happened and work toward a fair resolution.

What information is needed for a dispute or claim?

Provide the order reference, affected code or batch identifier, region, delivery timestamp, customer report, screenshots where relevant, and the communication channel used for the order. Complete records make review faster and reduce back-and-forth. For a procurement checklist, see Supplier Onboarding.

How can I contact support?

Use [email protected] for support, payment questions, and order follow-up. Keep your order ID, invoice amount, network, and TXID in the same email thread.

Do you provide refunds?

Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances, delivery status, code status, and available evidence. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact support with your order details and we will review the case under the applicable B2B terms.
